This outstanding beach house set right on the most beautiful beach, within tropical garden surroundings, a fresh water stream running along the edge of the villa. A beautiful private beach lies immediately in front of the self-catering home which sleeps up to 10 people, can accommodate extra children under 12 (on request).
Dolphins swim past daily and at certain times of the year, whales can also be seen, and every room in the house boasts breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean. The villa comprises five bedrooms, three of which are en-suite. The main room has a king-size bed, three rooms have queen-size beds and one room has twin single beds, making the villa ideal for a large family or two smaller families sharing.
The home features an open-plan lounge and kitchen, and a fully equipped bar area surrounded by enormous timber sun decks. All the glass doors fold back allowing the outside and inside to become one, with the wooden decks providing uninterrupted views of the ocean and beach. There is also a salt water swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sauna for guests’ enjoyment, all with amazing views.
The downstairs area features a well equipped open-plan kitchen with a scullery at the back. The kitchen is fully equipped with two fridges, a large freezer, two ovens, a stove, microwave, and a ice-making machine. There is also a private TV room with its own bathroom and fridge, a big screen TV, DVD, PVR, DStv and surround sound system. The front covered deck offers a 10-seater dining table, pool loungers and an outside lounge and barbecue area.
Secure parking in three garages is also provided for guests’ convenience.
